Vanda denisoniana orchid, also called as Lady Denison Londesborough's Vanda, Vanda denisoniana var. hebraica, Vanda henryi, Vanda denisoniana var. tessellate, is a species of the genus Vanda. This species was described by Bens. & Rchb.f. in 1869.
Vanda denisoniana orchid blooms in the late winter and spring on an axillary, erect, 6" (15 cm) long, few (4 to 6) flowered inflorescence and carries waxy flowers that have a strong vanilla scent in the early evening. The flowers have variable colors, but they are usually ivory, cream, lemon-yellow or golden-yellow, but there are also reports of yellow-brown and copper-colored forms. Waxy, very durable flowers have a length of 5-6.4 cm from the end of the dorsal petal to the tip of the lip.
